Not Today
(working title)
A vibrant, daring and heart warming circus theatre show about unlikely friendship.
'Not Today' is a vibrant, daring and heartwarming show about unlikely friendship. Meet two best friends from very different backgrounds, whose favourite thing to do is to climb and play on 'their' giant fallen willow tree.
Until one of them begins to struggle.
This is when the hole appears and they begin to physically descend into 3m of darkness. With the help of their friend and an explosion of colour, they begin to climb their way back to this special friendship.
With two performers, the show is specifically created for children aged 4-8, and explores themes of anxiety and low mood within children.
We’ve seen through a period of research & development (R&D) with a public sharing at Jacksons Lane in April 2024.
